PARKING IN VARENNA

You can park either at the train station, at the harbor, or in the parking garage behind the church. If you are planning a trip to the town or a boat excursion, we highly recommend arriving early, as parking is paid and fills up quickly. Park strictly within the blue zones. You can pay at the parking machine or via the EasyPark app. 

Please note that yellow zones are strictly reserved for residents!

PERLEDO NIGHT BUS

The journey to the town takes about 10 minutes by car, but you may face parking difficulties. Alternatives include walking down or using a taxi. During the summer months, there is a free shuttle service, which operates from 7:00 PM until midnight. The bus departs from the train station and will take you to the Cusola / Villaggio Alla Vigna stop. Please note that boarding at the station cannot be booked in advance.

TAXI SERVICE IN PERLEDO

There is a very limited number of taxis available in Perledo and Varenna, making it absolutely essential to book your ride well in advance. All three taxi drivers speak English. Our favorite driver to ride with is Lorenza.
