Then Casa Bohéma is the perfect place for you. We offer a holiday home in a peaceful setting, located in the picturesque village of Regoledo, roughly 250 meters in altitude above the lake level. A winding road takes you uphill, slightly away from the bustling coastline, rewarding you with breathtaking views of the lake and the surrounding mountains. Precisely because of our unique location, having a car is essential for your stay – unless, of course, you are a keen hiking enthusiast.

Our charming village hides a piece of fascinating history. Its main landmark is the large yellow building of the Fondazione Sacra Famiglia center, situated directly below us. Opened back in 1851, it originally served as the luxurious Grand Hotel Regoledo. Thanks to local healing springs, it became a hydrotherapy spa. The resort used to be connected to the coastline by a unique funicular railway, which operated in our area until 1960.

While the entire Villaggio Alla Vigna was built between 2009 and 2011, our apartment, Casa Bohéma, opened its doors for you in the summer of 2025.
