Then Casa Bohéma is the perfect place for you. We offer a holiday home in a peaceful setting above the lake, located in the picturesque village of Regoledo. A winding road takes you up a little away from the busy coast, offering breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains.
You will have access to a two-story house with a garden, a modern kitchen with a dining area, an upstairs bedroom with a balcony, a second room, and two bathrooms.
Enjoy a fantastic holiday filled with a variety of activities, from boating on the lake, strolling through the streets of picturesque Italian villages, visiting majestic villas, to hiking in the mountains.
Our apartment has been designed with your maximum comfort in mind. Every detail has been carefully thought out to make you feel at home.
FULLY EQUIPPED KITCHEN The modern Italian kitchen by Casa Moderna offers plenty of storage space. It is equipped with a microwave, an induction hob on an island, a refrigerator, a Nespresso coffee machine, a food processor, an electric kettle, a toaster and other kitchen utensils for preparing your own meals. Instead of an oven, you have an outdoor grill at your disposal.
COMFORTABLE BEDROOMS Both rooms have a high-quality double bed 160 cm wide with soft pillows and clean bedding. The smaller one also has a raised bed 90 cm wide. Air conditioning will ensure your perfect comfort during the night.
DINING ROOM A large dining table for comfortable dining inside the apartment with five chairs and an Ikea high chair is complemented by a set of a table and two chairs on the balcony by the bedroom and, above all, a generous outdoor table with eight chairs in the garden.
BATHROOMS Each floor has its own bathroom. On the ground floor there is a spacious shower, toilet, sink and washing machine. On the first floor there is a sink, bathtub, toilet and bidet. Of course, there is a hairdryer, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, hand gel, toilet paper and towels.
WI-FI CONNECTION You can use the free internet for work and fun.
GARDEN Designer furniture and a stable parasol provide the perfect place to relax after a day full of discoveries. There are also two comfortable sun loungers for you to use and you can use the electric outdoor grill to prepare your meals. You can pick fresh herbs in front of the dining room.
OUTDOOR POOL The pool is located in the middle of the Villaggio Alla Vigna area. Is available every day from 8 am to 10 pm from mid-June to mid-September (depending on the weather). A swimming cap is required when swimming, which we will be happy to lend you.
